Displays service interruption and outage information. You can also report an outage directly to your service provider.

Maps -
Displays facility and payment dropbox locations on a map interface.

Easily manage your WiFi network and connected devices. Maintain passwords, troubleshoot issues, create and control guest networks, limit access to connected devices, create rules with parental controls and check internet speed.

Since last update only 25% of the app is functional, I've been patiently waiting for a correction but appears it's not going to happen anytime soon. Non of the usage details function or even open. On initial opening the bottom screen of the app is always loading usage but never succeeds. 2/5/24 still waiting for a fix for this app because it's horrible. Why don't you just revert back to the original coding? Nothing in the interface changed so why not? All you did was break the app in this updat

When I try to make a payment, freezes and won't let me. When I try to change my password, freezes and won't let me. After so many problems with this useless app, I just use the phone call service to make payments and check balance. This has got to be one of the worst apps I've ever dealt with.. Don't risk the hair loss, use the phone service instead.

Have used this app for long time with no issues. Now every day I look at 'My usage' and the only options are this year, last year. Selecting these and all I see is the average temperature but no usage data. All the normal options for daily, this week, last week, unbilled, etc are not there. Guess the last update messed it all up & it is quite frustrating. Hope they can get it fixed, then I will give it the 5 stars
