App works fine but often, due to a bug, I don't receive my loyalty points though my orders have been completed.

Poor experience through the app, as always. It took me two hours last time, and again it's almost an hour, and no one called me or told me or asked me about the order. Same process I'm repeating this time again, calling their helpline again and again. Very poor service through app.

Payment via credit card is a bug hesslte. My payment got done but order is not placed. The team is not supportive. My order has not taken place. And they are asking to wait for another 2 days until the payment gets done. Trust issues! 🙏🙏
