Connect your Wear OS watch to the same WiFi network as your Hue hub, then follow the instructions in the app! Once you follow this one-time setup and your smartwatch is connected to the Hub, a list of your lights will appear and you can turn them on or off directly from your wrist!
This app only needs to connect to the Internet for the initial setup process, then all control is done via your local WiFi network, which means it should still work if your Internet goes down.
