Ratings and reviews

The app isn't anything special. It's relatively easy to navigate but it doesn't feel especially well thought out, like there are too many unnecessary steps just to set a timer for a device. All the Cync products I've used so far are awful. The timers never engage at the right time and the devices take forever to connect, if they do at all (which they currently aren't). I would not recommend these like of products to anyone.

I am a Cync fanatic. We have about 30 Cync connected devices and I still have a few more waiting to be installed. That being said, over the past several months, there have been big issues with Google Home integration. It got so bad, I just unlinked and have been using the Cync app standalone. I prefer to see and be able to control all of my smart devices in Google Home, but something is very wrong.

We love the app and LED bulbs. There are endless ways to customize the lights using this app. The colors can be customized, love the options for special effects. The presets for sunrise, sunset, etc. are fun to play around with. You can organize and group lights together or seperately. I wish there was a way to program lights to turn on or off at a specific time. Other that that I am thinking this app is a winner!
