absolutely garbage. devices disconnect every time there is a power failure and then you have to add all the lights again. Direct response from cync's customer service " I'm sorry for any inconvenience this has caused you. Unfortunately, when Cync devices lose power in cases such as outages, they re often unable to re-establish a connection to the app without deleting and recommissioning to the app."

Don't buy their products or use this app if you want ease of mind. I have ONE light bulb. It has always been temperamental. The app will glitch out or the lightbulb is just 'unavailable'. Now it's to the point where when I open the app the light won't even load. I have tried all of the troubleshooting recommended and still no fix. I cannot adjust anything or turn it on or off. I will be purchasing a different brand smart bulb instead of wasting more of my time just to turn a light on.

Easy to setup and use! I love the effects and color options! My only complaint is there is no PC app. I broke my phone a few weeks ago and the lights were stuck in the candle effect because I had no way to change them without without access to the phone app. Seems silly to only have this on smart phones anyway.
