About this app

In our app you can, among other things:
- Log in with Mobile BankID or Security box and bank card.
- Make quick transfers to a selected account without logging in.
- Make quick transfers between own accounts on the account overview.
- Easily pay paper invoices with the OCR scanner.
- Add and manage e-invoice recipients.
- Get and manage Swish.
- See account overview, where you can see your reserved amounts and account history.
- Manage your cards.
- Block a lost card or order a new card if your current one is broken.
- See, buy and sell funds.
- See your mortgages and personal loans.
- See your insurance policies.
- Send secure messages to customer service and get answers in the app.
- Print e-invoices and receipts.
- We always want to get better, give us feedback in our Think to function under customer service in the menu.

Ratings and reviews

The camera usage for scanning bills is amazing. The overall UX is fine, but there are some things that need continuous work. Getting Bankid on a new phone is one of them. I had to get support to spell out where to look, maybe I'm dumb but hey it's still dumb me reviewing so...

Works. Though one cannot use the app to pay in a payment terminal, nor can you see your payment history in the app. Also when the pull-down-to-see-available-money-without-having-to-log-in feature times out (every three months) the setting to reactivate it is sometimes a button that's shown immediately upon logging in – but sometimes it can only be activated by digging deep into some settings menu.

All features are working as intended and have had very few issues with the app over several years. However... I would like more features like statistics, or to see how much I spend on different custom categories over a specific period of time that I can customize myself. I know other banks apps have this. Experience is lacking in showing good data on my economy and spendings which would've been a big plus for me.
