UI/UX really needs improvement. It takes too much time to load, even when switching between features like account view and user details. Also, please consider adding features to see how much money is received and spent this month, maybe with a month-wise breakdown, without needing to download the full statement. And make account details easier to copy — like account number, IFSC code, card details, etc. It’s really frustrating when you can’t copy basic info easily.

useless n ever seen such app. very confusing, doesn't work seamlessly, too many times it just exits automatically without allowing to do any operation. very very bad... last few days i am struggling to just login to this app. old apps was too good with easy to handle any transaction with proper security checks n authentication... latest Connect apps is worst.

I don't understand why the New app is introduced to us. as we don't have any sort of problems with the old App. My mobile device is not supporting to the New App. iam facing lot of problems with ur App. Now, I ve to buy a new mobile for the App. who will bear unnecessary money on it. God knows how the iob strategy... I did a blunder mistake by opening an account in ur bank.
