IQ Document allows you to add all your expenses and work together with colleagues/employees. The result is a clean document which you can send to yourself and your customer. IQ Document allows you to select what items and which prices you want to use for your documents. You can even send additional documents with more detailed information.

The app offers everything your company needs. Add worked hours, travelling hours, kilometers, overnight stays and materials to your document. Or only select the items that you need. Collaborate on documents by all being able to add expenses to it. Just add an user to your company and you can instantly start working together.

After you finished a document you can directly send it to your customer or to yourself by mail. That way you receive your money quicker. You can customise what will be on your document and what will be on your customers. For example, you can add notes which will be only visible on your document.

IQ Document allows you to (automatically) send extra documents with detailed information. Subsequent calculation can be done easily and quickly. Want a list of all worked hours with or without prices for example? No problem, we got you.
