Ratings and reviews

The app is fine until any of your info needs to be changed. I moved and changed address, the app wouldn't allow me to change my address, kept getting an error saying could not be verified. Then I tried to remove the card and put a new card, didnt matter since the app only recognizes the old address. So, I can't change my address, I cant use the card on file since its linked to the new address, I can't add a new card because the addresses wont match. The hotline is zero help. Uninstalled.

The barcode scanner doesn't work very well. It won't focus. The normal camera app lets me tap where I want to focus, but this won't. I have to hold the barcode in front of the phone for 30 seconds to a minute until it finally focuses and scans. The app refuses to install on my tablet

I've always enjoyed scratch off tickets. Played those about 14 yrs. I most recently decided to play other lottery games. I was interested in checking the draw results for the tickets I had. I downloaded this app to avoid driving to gas station. I had a small win on my first night!. It was super easy and convenient. My only complaint is, there isn't an option to transfer winnings or cash out option of some sort. If in fact I've mistaken, and that feature is available I'd gladly update my rating.
