Ratings and reviews

This app is straight trash now. It plays catch up to any of my selections. Scrolls randomly. It takes me 10 minutes to do a parlay bet now. When it used to take me seconds to make my selections. Always loses my location when I don't even move. Full wifi signal and still runs like trash. Brand new phone as well. Do better. You'd think with the money this company gets they could put the money back into the simple running of their app.

Provides betting just fine, but it isn't user friendly. Cannot customize notifications so you end up with sooo many emails. I contacted support and their only recommendation is to set up a FanDuel spam folder. Word of advice: If the solution is to setup a spam folder for a single app, then perhaps there is something wrong there. Edit: Lowering the score to 2 stars from 3 stars as the developer didn't read my review, which makes me question the support team. Support team was already engaged.

Garbage. The app verifies my location at first, but when I try to place a bet, it says my location can not be varified. I checked my location setting and permissions. Everything on my end is good. Even deleted and reinstalled the app. Still had the same issue. Tried customer support, and as soon as I said location issue, it just stopped and said no agents were available. I also don't use Twitter so im not sure how to contact them. -10 stars for Fandual. I want my money back.
