InVentry is trusted by more than 10,000 organisations and helps improve the efficiency of entry, and the security of any building. The InVentry Anywhere app acts as an extension of your InVentry Anywhere licence and allows the following functionality.

Evacuation
The evacuation tool is used to ensure that everyone is accounted for in case of an emergency. From the app, organisations can access a real-time copy of everyone who is onsite, trigger site-wide evacuations and account for all signed-in people across multiple muster points.

Visitors
Within the app, users can quickly pre-book their own visitors as well as see what visitors they have booked in for that day. When a new visitor is added via the app it also adds them to the organisations main InVentry system to speed up the sign in process when they arrive.

Staff
The staff element of the app allows users to remotely sign in and out of their organisation, using their device instead of using the InVentry touchscreen or ID card. They can also see at a glance who has signed in on that day. This is particularly useful if users quickly need to know if someone is onsite or not.

Office Day
As an additional feature to the Anywhere app, Office Day, allows staff to pre-book themselves into the office on a 14-day period, permitting them to choose when they wish to come into the workplace and when they’re working remotely.

Trips
Available for education users, the trip management feature allows teachers to take limitless registers on school trips, whilst also displaying pupil information, such as medical records and dietary requirements.

Ratings and reviews

Utterly useless app. Sorry, I don't go around dissing things for the sake of it, but I (and colleagues) have wasted hours attempting to log in, being kicked out repeatedly, waiting 1/4 hour for it to sync (often failing); even if it does work (1 time in 20+), it then usually doesn't change your status ON THE APP to signed in, but DOES on the central database, meaning you then can't sign out on the app, because it doesn't think you're signed in!! IT IS NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE IN ANY WAY.

After having this in a venue for circa 3 years, I cannot recommend it. The amount of times devices have not had accurate sign in data in situations where an emergency evacuation could be taking place is really terrible. I could not in good conscience recommend this as facilitating a life saving procedure. Development seems somewhat slow, and when issues like incorrect sign in list appear, support just recommend clearing app data... Not addressing the issue and not reliable in emergencies.

this app is now broken. After logging in the homepage keeps flashing, can't click on anything like staff. the sign in button is missing
