Ratings and reviews

The app works well overall as a banking platform, but the password policy needs improvement. Requiring users to change their TPIN and MPIN every 30 or 90 days (not sure which) is inconvenient. It's hard to remember new PINs each time, especially since previously used PINs can't be reused. While security is important, this approach feels overly strict and user-unfriendly. I hope this feedback helps improve the experience in future updates.

They said my account was blocked because the threshold limit was exceeded. I went to their branch many times.the first time they increased the limit, but the account was still not unblocked. I went again and submitted a written request, but it has been around 3 weeks now and there is still no solution. How can anyone simply sit and watch without doing anything? Very annoying. Very very slow. Unable to transact due to Lot of connectivity issues. Not user friendly Hangs frequently stating technical issues. If there is zero or even negative rating, will give that. Even the app support number is not functioning. Worst service. Even after months it's still the same.
