Terrible app. Even if someone opens the door, the bell just keeps on ringing. When the bell rings, it takes a long time to open the app and hit all the buttons. It is faster to stand up and walk to the door than to use the app. And the dialogue box telling you that you were successful is annoying, unnecessary, and not accurate. The notification should automatically stop when the door is opened (manually, by phone, or by monitor). Wish I could give it 0 stars.

Terrible app. I have to use this if I am away from my desk. One of many problems is if I answer the door via my desk controls, I still have to go into my phone and close the call. Otherwise my phone just goes nuts for an extended period of time. Also, when I open the app, I can't close it by backing out. A pop up just says "close the app" but when I hit ok, it doesn't close.

Never works as expected even after a year of use and upgrades to the station.. The app itself needs a major overhaul. It takes TOO long to respond once someone is at the front door. Most of the time the app prompts an error when trying to pick up the call, and when trying to manually use it, it's busy with another operation. We end up running to the panel 90% of the time b/c it just does not work. If anyone is looking for a reliable intercom system, look elsewhere. This is a dissapointment.
