I've been having trouble with the app, it won't focus on the teeth whilst I'm trying to take the image. Resulting me in giving up and uploading blurry images. It won't refocus when I click on the screen. It's caused many awkward encounters with patients, in an already awkward situation. I've re downloaded the app twice and not sure what else to do. I'm currently using a Google pixel 8 pro - which has a really good camera. The app isn't using it to it's full performance.

I'm using this app for a while and recent update is quite horrible. The quality of photography has decreased due to some weird post-processing, weird inconsistent cropping, facial photography with automated features, which aren't good, photos uploading sooo slowly now. Please make another update so I and probably everybody else, could love it again.

Terrible application! I hate it but I'm compelled to use it. Here the OBJECTIVE reasons: When you take pictures: 1. It does not use the entire field of the camera 2. The field before shot does not match the one after shot 3. It doesn't focus automatically, you have to click 4. The given order of pictures is not editable 5. It uses the mobile flash without asking you 6. You can't process the images thereafter 7. You are forced to update and if not successful you can't close the view or app
