Ratings and reviews

1) They log you out from your mobile app automatically every 2-3 days. When you notice, you might have missed several chats. 2) Not all team members will be notified at once so that they can have a look and jump in. Unless the chat is assigned to someone, they can't see what's happening. It's very stable but there are lots of practical issues with this service to be used as a proper chat support service..

App is great, customer support is excellent, everything is good until it isn't, all of a sudden nothing works, you can't see chats it just keeps loading, you can't log out, you can't talk to customer support, you can't install the app again, I have never been this annoyed in my entire life, I wish this app didn't exist.

Very promising, easy to subscribe to, use and navigate. A happy place to be and a smart customer service approach. I have been using it for days now and the chat widget is working great, richer yet easier than everything I've tried before. I'll likely use more of their services as we go. Well done.

- If you have helped a client with their question and do not see any activity from them, you can mark the chat as ""Chat resolved."" If the client does not send a new message within 15 minutes, the chat will be closed.
- In your clients' messages, the source of the message (Website, social media) will now be displayed. This is useful for marketing.
