Ratings and reviews

The registration number of taxi that came to pick me up didn't match the registration number on the app. It took a while to recognise the cab and wasted a lot of time. Also, it felt not legitimate. However, they will not send you any discount code after you leave a review. It seems like a scam . You should never promise something you don't intend to deliver.

I booked a ride on Jugnoo one day in advance, but on the scheduled day and time, the ride was suddenly cancelled. Because of this, I was almost late for an important event. If the app had informed me earlier, I could have made alternate arrangements.This was my first time using Jugnoo, and unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. I expected reliable service, but instead, I faced unnecessary stress and inconvenience. Overall, it was a very bad and frustrating experience.

Misleading Fare & No Support! The app showed ₹50 as the fare when I booked the ride, but after the trip, the driver charged me ₹107 with no explanation. The fare more than doubled without any notice during the ride. On top of that, there’s no customer helpline or live support. I couldn’t find any way to report the issue or speak with a real person. Very unprofessional experience. Until Jugnoo fixes fare transparency and provides proper customer support, I won’t be using this app again.
