it takes me forever just for logging in. your service doesn't match up with your motto. your system needs to be revitalized especially with its connection to Maxim. the wallet isn't sync well. and also the cs is not proactive in responding the complaint and its totally not a safe app for you to trust your money. i pay my bill here, they already take sum of my money but i dont reveive the product at all. the CS is not answering the complaint even a word

Very bad app. I didn't receive OTP for 3 times and customer service didn't response my complaint. Not recommended.

support nya susah di reach, WA , call center no respond. email cm sekali respond tdk ada Tidak lanjut. delete account available is hoax. to delete account cannot process by app. must be by email or Ather else. Respond support was bad
