Poor performance and experience. I couldn't cancel my booking by selecting the reason "I waited too long". Couldn't even call the Call Center as it was busy. However when I selected the reason "I changed my location" the app responded. Sus, the app was rigged to always show good reason and the blame would be on the customer.

Please resolve the bug: vehicle not moving in the maps, no notification for new message in chat. I usually order blue bird if I want to go to the airport, but this bug is very annoying since I cannot monitor the taxi position in real time. As a market leader in taxi service, you should have an application that is user friendly, otherwise your consumers might go for other online transport application.

Hardly ever works properly. Today it stalled & wouldn't allow a booking, had to Uninstall and reinstall, after which it said my mobile number and email were not valid. Uninstaller again & rebooted phone but it's still not right. Stopped bluebird taxi in the street, told driver about the app problem, he said he had reported a problem to the company & they weren't interested. Will revert to gojek, mybluebird app is a complete waste of time... emailed developer with review, waste of time
