If you book in advance, it will never come. You can't track on the app when the driver will come and whether he will come. All you can see after booking is the pick up point, drop off and price. Also, never take blue bird from the airport where their agency offers you transportation, you will pay 10x more than Gojek. The best app, the cheapest and the fastest transport is Gojak. The system is the same as Uber and an additional option is that you can pay in cash. It will save you a lot of 💲

This application is fatally error. Few times i book and the apps on searching mode. After several minutes i wait and cancel turn to be the driver is waiting outside. And i try to get easy ride but the passcode had not received yet though the alarm on the driver's ringing. This application really really need some serious debugging. I need to revised my review. The application is getting better and better nowadays. And there are a lot of promos offered too. It's really worth to install it.

loved the app and service the convenience and was easy to navigate and have options cash or card. very useful and trusted taxi service around in Indonesia I'm long user in the past since before. Have the app still been happy and satisfied with the service even though that car rental service is still worth it to use blue bird taxi service. easy convenient and made my trip around town easier.
