Unfortunately a pretty bad app, doesn't save the details in a specific exercise so I have no idea what I did last time, no idea if I'm improving week on week. Also when doing a workout, the workout screen often freezes and I need to close and reopen. Can't send videos in messages. Can't go back and make adjustments to past workouts. All over just a poor quality experience.

I'm enjoying the app. But it has one massive flaw in that in the activities section, the video demonstrations won't play when there is no signal or WiFi available - a common problem in most local authority or public gyms. This should be fixed so that once played these videos are archived on the device for recall in any scenario. Please fix this.

I would have uninstalled on day 1 if I wasn't obliged to have this app for my coaching programme. You have to run the app to track any walks, it doesn't work in the background and the recent update with Google Fit is a nightmare. The app is slower and lags, which I didn't think could possibly get worse. I declined the option to connect it, and now every 2 seconds I get a message to connect. So I cannot use the app to check my meals and exercise, read blog posts, message my coach. So rubbish!
