I ordered a 5-test kit with expedited shipping because I was traveling in two weeks. Despite paying extra, it took ten days to ship. I couldn't reach customer service, and when I did, they said they were out of kits. By the time it arrived, I had already left. I received a message to activate the test by the end of July, but I kept getting an error message. Yesterday, it said I couldn't activate it in this country, even though it was ordered and delivered in the US. I recommend saving your $165

Test could not be performed since the blood sample had hemolyzed. keep in mind with these tests that blood is supposed to be stored at certain temperatures for certain lengths of time. From collection to shipping to processing your sample will likely exceed the time and risk not receiving good results. I won't order these at home tests again that involve a blood sample.

Terrible service. Upcharges to be treated if positive with something. Have to make separate appointments. They call and tell you your results then say they can only treat you if you pay 50.00 for another appointment after spending a few hundred for the tests. stay away.
