About this app

Lift Log is an app that lets you record your weight lifting workouts. It keeps track of all your workouts, so you don't have to. It makes it easy to re-do your old workouts and encourages you to improve yourself through progressive overload! It remembers all the exercises you do across all workouts and shows you your history and statistics that let you figure out what weight you can and should be lifting!
