this app is great, i loved the quality of material and the sizes are great, i loved how polite are the delivery staff are. it is easy to order a dress and has gen-z type cloths, i am very amazed with the fasion and all but i have a problem with delivery dates,☹️ it is very confusing and frustrating about the orders, we can't really guess when the order is going to arrive, so i really hope that would change quickly, thanku very much😁

I ordered from Little Box and had a very disappointing experience. The top fit me well, but the bottom was extremely tight and uncomfortable. When I tried to return the product, I found that there was no proper return option available. Their website and customer service are confusing and unhelpful, and they don’t respond promptly to emails or messages. It feels like once you make a purchase, you are stuck with it—even if the size is wrong.Very unprofessional and frustrating experience.

Such a cheap and worst app. I ordered pants, but the size did not fit me. I requested an exchange, for which I was charged ₹99. Unfortunately, the exchanged product also had size issues and was of poor quality. Now, when I try to return the product due to these valid reasons size and quality, I am being asked to pay an additional ₹59. why are you charging for return and exchange when the issue was with product size and quality? This has been a very disappointing experience.
