About this app

LockClock is a mindfulness app with a purpose of helping user to be in the moment. Often time when we get stress or when our mind wanders, we become less aware of our surrounding.
Inspired by Elisha Goldstein’s article “Stressing out? S.T.O.P.”.

This app provides an exercise called S.T.O.P, which contains series of practical actions that one can do anytime and anywhere to become less stressed and more aware. Here are steps that the exercise contains:
Stop what you’re doing; put things down for a minute.
Take a few deep breaths.
Observe your experience just as it is—including thoughts, feelings, emotions, and your body.
Proceed with something that will support you in the moment.
