RAV Player is an audio and video player with advanced features such as A-B repeating (loop user-defined sections between A and B points), playback speed control, pitch adjustment and background playback.

This app is an extended version of Loop Player with enhanced user interface, video support (with pinch zoom support), split screen support, playlist support, subtitles, cover arts and many more. It was originally designed to practice guitar, but you can use it to study new languages, learn courses, practice music, dance or tai-chi trainees, repeat audio in background or listen to audio books. Use it to focus on challenging sections of a song, and with the built-in playback speed control, adjust the speed to match your skill level or simply loop an audio file in the background to help you relax.

You, sir, get 5 stars! Well deserved, and I'm happy to pay the lifetime subscription, although the free version is still incredibly useful, even with the ads. I use this app to loop in on parts of songs that I'm practicing on my instrument. It's perfect for setting and changing start and end points on the fly! No stopping and restarting. The interface is large enough so that you can see what you're clicking. There are plenty of settings to refine the behavior. Very pleased.

For just needing to slow down music and videos for purpose of dance/music practice, this is the simplest and easiest to learn app with everything you need. The recent update to zoom in on videos makes it almost perfect; convinced me to pay for premium. Can't give 5 stars the bc of the following; the files explorer sorts by name, but you can't sort by date, or see thumbnails in the file explorer, making it difficult to find anything. If this gets updated, I would fully recommend paying for.

I just wanted to bring this to your attention. When the audio I am playing ends and if it does not automatically play when I hit play the button. I get these two messages Loaded player- error making that request. Update it is shame that this does not loop anymore. This was my go to loop player not anymore. So now I had to find another product which does not have counter which is bumer.
