About this app

Tiny Audio Recorder is a lightweight, high-performance audio recording app that can be used to record audio, share recordings, cut/crop audio segments with a waveform editor and apply effects such as gain and reverb. It also includes handy features like "Quick Reset" to instantly discard a bad take and start a new recording. This is very useful if you're a musician like me and want to quickly record another take after messing up some notes. You also have the option to record in the background and to pause recording.

The app is compatible with stereo microphones such as the IK Multimedia iRig Stream Mic Pro. In fact, I created this app to meet my own needs for a decent audio recorder on Android.

The app is tiny, highly optimized and contains no unnecessary code that drains your battery or tracks your data. And of course, it doesn’t include ads. I made this app out of frustration with big, bloated apps that consume your data for something as simple as audio recording.
