Deleted, reinstalled, changed password, and can finally log in after deleting saved information. MY ADVICE: When changing the password in the app, you are redirected to the Lords website. So, you will need to ensure you use that password in the app as well. If you have the old password saved in the app, you will not be able login and will simply be redirected back to the log-in page. No warnings! Also, no help from the Lords App developer to the many calls for assistance.

I've had a major problem with this app. When I clicked on the access your match tickets button, it just took me back to the log in screen. After wasting an hour trying the work arounds, I finally solved the issue, at least temporarily, by uninstalling and then reinstalling the app. If I had left this until arriving at the ground, God knows how long it would have taken me to get in. Rubbish app!

In common with many other reviewers, I had a problem with constant app crashes. I think I may have found a workaround by accident. I deleted and re-installed the app. When the initial cookie popup appeared, I dismissed it by tapping the X in the corner. Since then, the app has been running for several days without crashing. Hope this helps somebody. 3 stars for now pending long term testing. Fingers crossed.
