Ratings and reviews

It sucks to say, because the game IS fun, but under current management, it's only fun enough to get you interested, then comes the non-stop predatory monetization. Free to play players need not apply, if you're not whaling, you're not playing. It's actually worse than when Nuverse owned/published them, and that's insane to me. It's in a bad state right now, and I wouldn't bother with it.

In recent months, I noticed a period of like a week during each month where the mobile version is unplayable. As though everything moves in slow motion. I've disconnected from and reconnected to my wifi, shut down my phone, and still had the issue. I've come to realize that this happens in months when I DO NOT buy the season pass. When I do buy it, I never have an issue. This seems beyond shady. I've dumped about $150 into this game and won't be spending any more. ✌️

It's a fun game and not necessarily pay to win. However, no matter how many times I reinstall the game, it crashes constantly in the middle of high stakes matches. I've lost well over a hundred cubes in the last week alone and honestly it's enough to make me stop playing. *Edit* I've come back almost a year later to find they still haven't fixed the connectivity issues. Maybe next year. /sarcasm
