I had a terrible experience with this app. I booked a ticket and recieved a confirmation email, but there were no bus details provided either in the email or app. I waited at the bus stop with no updates or information. On the top of that, I tried calling their number multiple times, but no one answered. Completely unreliable and frustrated service.

Bad experience for the first time travel. Booked a ticket. The bus didn't arrive in time. I waited for 45 minutes near the platform, called the headquarters for enquiry. They were more confused. I thought, i might have missed the bus or it's not coming. Finally booked another bus. Got call after another 10 minutes that they were stuck in traffic. They should at least inform the passenger or share the conductor contact number with us. Very bad experience.

I booked a ticket on the MSRTC app and paid online, but when I reached the bus stand at the scheduled time, the app showed that my ticket had failed. My money has also not been refunded yet. This app is very useless. Because of this, other ordinary people who don’t know much about mobile booking suffer a lot. They keep waiting for a long time and when the bus arrives, the seats are already fully reserved. Those who don’t have a booking have to stand and travel the whole journey.
