I booked a ticket on 12th Apr. Money was deducted, payment was confirmed but i did not receive any ticket. I requested for refund but everytime they ask me to wait or transferred the accountability to someone else, after making me wait. I guess i should not expect anything better from a sarkari app.

Very poor experience I can't register my email address and phone number in the app. It is very difficult to use and operate. The place from where the trip will start and to where the trip will end the stoppage are not showing properly. The updated version is very bad in use.

The previous SBSTC app was far better than the current one. In this version, there is no proper process to get a refund if your bus is cancelled. It seems either the developers overlooked this important use case, or SBSTC has found a new way to generate revenue.
