"Very disappointing app. Although buses stop at many locations, tickets cannot be booked through the app from all those boarding points. Even after booking a ticket, the app does not clearly show which bus will operate on the route. Passengers often have to visit the depot or contact staff to get basic information that should be available in the app. This makes the booking process confusing and inconvenient. The app should provide complete boarding-point options

The women's ticket value is zero. which is poorly used when booking the ticket online. For local transportation they are purchasing tickets from boarding point to destination. Even though they are travelling maybe 20-30% of the total distance. Thus reducing the seat value and the one who actually needs it, can't get it. Very poor from SBSTC.

I booked a ticket on 12th Apr. Money was deducted, payment was confirmed but i did not receive any ticket. I requested for refund but everytime they ask me to wait or transferred the accountability to someone else, after making me wait. I guess i should not expect anything better from a sarkari app.
