The MUT-ATLAS shows support and prevention offers relating to mental illnesses and crises on a Germany-wide map. Data protection is the top priority: When used, the MUT-ATLAS neither stores nor passes on any information about the people using it. Because we work exclusively with secure servers and open source applications and are financed from public funds.
On the MUT TOUR you can take part in tandem bike and hiking tours in groups of 6 for several days, or hide MUT SNIPSELS on your own forays a la geo-caching. With a MOVEMENT DONATION, kilometers traveled can also be donated and it is possible to join the existing COURAGE GROUPS in some places.

The MUT-ATLAS is easy to use: To search for offers of help, you first enter the desired location, and the search can be further specified using a filter, e.g. advice or therapy offers. The offers are regularly checked and supplemented - so the MUT-ATLAS always remains up to date.

The MUT-TOUR is an action program in which people with and without experience of depression move around Germany on tandem bicycles and on foot accompanied by horses. Along the way, they talk to people along the way and representatives of the press about their experiences with the illness, thereby sending a clear message about dealing openly with depression. If you would like to take part, you can contact kontakt@mut-tour.de.
If you are unable to take part in the MUT TOUR, you can also donate the kilometers of your own tour in the form of an exercise donation. It doesn't matter how many kilometers you drive, what's important is that you're actively moving - whether on foot, by bike or in a kayak. The movement donations enable everyone to experience low-threshold moving moments and self-efficacy and to share this with many people.
The MUT snippet hunt is similar to geocaching, but works without registration and spreads small MUT moments across Germany. You hide small things or texts in special places that other people can find. There are no limits to creativity here. Photos of hiding, searching or finding can be shared on social media. In addition to fun and games, the MUT snippet hunt also brings more attention to the topic of depression and how to overcome it.
