Don't like how long it takes me to get into my account. Takes time & too many steps. 1st log in, key in password, then select how to get security code, go to email for code, then back to bank site to key in code & wait for info wanted. I feel sorry for customers that don't have any tech experience, at least I am somewhat familiar with using tech phones & computer. Oh well we all have to adjust to changes now & then so just my opinion.

They limited various functions and NEVER notified anyone they were doing so. Can't access the money as I used to be able. New format is NOT user friendly.

Having all of your accounts showing is helpful. The lower rating is due to the fact that payor history is difficult to find. It seems harder to navigate.
