Pathetic App. Crashes on opening 99% of the time. No developer support. It's one of the worst apps you'll ever use. It is supposed to support an LED hat from Amazon, but it barely ever works. No one responds to any reviews. When it does work, 1% of the time, you have to give permission to everything, including personal pictures and videos. They probably want to spy on kids. It's the biggest garbage you'll ever buy.

App does not work so I cannot do anything. Every icon on the home screen tries to open a screen but it kicks me straight back to the menu almost instantly. EDIT: I managed to uninstall the app and re-download to fix. 3 stars as I don't like why I can't use the app without giving permissions for location and contacts etc. It is not optional for the app to work. There needs to be more transparency as to why a led name tag needs to know this data.

Absolutely terrible app. Why do you need my location, to record audio, manage my phone calls, and access my photos to connect to a face mask that lights up. You do not need to access this information to use Bluetooth. Returning the item that was using this app back to Amazon and getting a refund. do not use this app get rid of it immediately.
