DO NOT TRUST THEM! tried to steal my nanny when we asked them to pause her visa due to some issues we were facing. We are fighting a case to get her labour card cancelled from her previous employment. they contacted my nanny directly after saying that they would give her another job as her current employer (me) is cancelling her visa. I am 8 month pregnant and they send unethical messages saying you can earn more with them etc directly to my nanny. They have no right to poach her!

Unacceptable, pathetic service. They replaced the app with a WhatsApp AI which asks ridiculous questions and cannot comprehend simple responses. I would have stopped the service if it hadn't been already paid

This seems to be a WhatsApp AI. Asks a lot of standard questions then says we dont have maids available at the moment.
