the app doesn't have reliable search results. I searched for an xfinity store, and the first location it took me to had no xfinity store. Today is telling me that my local grocery store is closed when I know it's open, and the store hours it shows are wrong. If you want people to pay for this, you've got to do better. Also, you should warn people when you're going to do an "update." It's really annoying to discover that all the controls are in different when you're trying to get to work.

From 5 to 1 star after the Dec 2025 forced upgrade. UI no longer supports landscape mode, searching Favorites or my Contacts. Have to manually type in a contact's address. The graphics now are from the 1980's, it looks like cheap 8 bit Atari including the four 'Questie' creatures, instead of the car or person or even tank icon to track your position. The only positive improvement is it tells you if the approaching destination is on the left or right.

I've used this app over the others for several years for the simplicity of being able to build my own route by dropping pins where I wanted to go by using the roads that I wanted. that option has been taken away. you can't even go to the add a stop and drop another pin somewhere along the route. you can only do it by adding addresses. yup although Google maps has always been more complicated you can at least use 2-3 steps to go through a process to drop pins along the route. I'll be switching.
