Clunky, unreliable, not interactive and one-way comms only. The white screen is a known issue and I was able to clear cache and data to fix that, but I am not receiving any notifications despite everything being switched on. Relying on WhatsApp for someone to tell us there's been a message, unless I happen to open the app. Attachments don't open at all, error message. Wish school would not insist on using this app for such important messages!

I have never rated this app, as it is unreliable and inconsistent. However, I could use it if I remembered to open it every day to check for messages as I hardly ever had notifications of them. Now, since the new school year has started, I can't use it at all. When I try to open the app, all I get is a blank white screen. So it has gone from. unreliable and inconsistent to unusable!

great idea with poor execution. notifications just dont happen most of the time even though they are turned on in the app and permissions set. The app does not seem to support the android back button forcing you to navigate in app. Very clunky, I have to check it daily just to see if anything has been sent.
