Ratings and reviews

I've submitted updates to meter readings and they don't remain updated in the app. Also you can't see daily usage which would be really helpful when monitoring it. OVO and Uswitch have it on their apps and it's nothing new. Please let's catch up. Not much point providing automatic meter readings every 30 mins if we can't see the same information.

Absolutely rubbish! It's 18/3, monthly usage view there is no electricity showing. On weekly usage, there is no electricity from 12/3. For the last few months since I got a smart meter, it has said on the home page that there is an issue showing usage and that they are fixing it - it has got worse! I've called Customer Service twice, and they just fob me off.

NOT HAPPY please fix the app It is lagging and not been updated since yesterday I need to know how much I have on my gas and electric meters and when I rang you take me through to find out how much I had on my electric meter but if I have to do that with both meters there is no point in having smart meters at all, point in having smart meters is you don't have to go outside to your meters two see how much you have used ? 🤬 you probably get five stars when the problem has been fixed
