Always crashes after login. I am running this app on a recent model of phone, a Samsung Galaxy S25. So no reason for this app to crash. After entering valid login details, the app show a page stating "Welcome to the E.ON app", then always crashes in about a second. Quickly clicking a button to get to the next page makes no difference. Clearing the app cache or all app files does not fix this. Uninstalling and reinstalling this app does not fix this. This looks like a completely broken app!

Currently rubbish!! All was well until I changed the tariff when the previous fix finished. Ever since the beginning of December, I cannot trust the info, there's a lag of sometimes days before usage shows and nothing matches my in home display unit. Now I can't even log into the app. Says email or password is incorrect but I have signed into the website using the same details.

I am trying to open the app but it says a new version is available and I need to update to use it. when trying to update there is no update available so I cannot open the app. uninstall and reinstalled, same thing. this has never been remotely a good app, always issues logging in, even though I have biometrics set. all in all useless and awful!
