Ratings and reviews

I've submitted updates to meter readings and they don't remain updated in the app. Also you can't see daily usage which would be really helpful when monitoring it. OVO and Uswitch have it on their apps and it's nothing new. Please let's catch up. Not much point providing automatic meter readings every 30 mins if we can't see the same information.

Very poor app. E.on should look at other suppliers apps (octopus etc) and copy how they do things. We have a smart meter yet for some reason there is no live usage data. You can only see the total used per day, rather than granular times, so figuring out where things might be costing you money is impossible. It also takes a day or two for the data to actually come through to the app?! There are so many things lacking, honestly, it's woeful.

Unbelievable. No gas usage in weeks on the app. No solar usage back to the grid on the app, EVER! How can you be so rubbish when every other utility company manages to do this. You force smart meters on everyone, yet unable to give us up to date usage.
