I've submitted updates to meter readings and they don't remain updated in the app. Also you can't see daily usage which would be really helpful when monitoring it. OVO and Uswitch have it on their apps and it's nothing new. Please let's catch up. Not much point providing automatic meter readings every 30 mins if we can't see the same information.

A truly dreadful app, a truly dreadful experience. On a good day the app will decide to open, but that counts for little. Navigation is slow, the app will regularly freeze, it has no real time information, despite use of a smart meter, there are no convenient ways to pay other than Apple Pay (we don't all have apples devices obviously). Despite logging in with biometrics, I have to re log in manually after a top up. Really just so bad

4Q And Die
Could be a lot better. 1) No data showing how much gas or electricity is being used per month. Include statistical seasonal variations (see competitor apps for the last 10 years). If it is in the app, where is it. 2) The app is full of rubbish addons rather than doing essentials. 3) The app is not that user friendly. Look at competitors app and improve. I suspect I have wasted 5 minutes typing this in.
