Ratings and reviews

I've submitted updates to meter readings and they don't remain updated in the app. Also you can't see daily usage which would be really helpful when monitoring it. OVO and Uswitch have it on their apps and it's nothing new. Please let's catch up. Not much point providing automatic meter readings every 30 mins if we can't see the same information.

🔴🔴🔴 TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. 🔴🔴🔴 They always charge you out of thin air. We moved out of our previous house and before moving out we settled everything. Then out of nowhere now there is a bill of £2000+ there is no actual meter readings nothing just a bill. when we called them they said it is because there was some error before and blah blah... Don't trust them. Transfer your current connection or get any other provided anything is better than them. Run with your lives.

The electricity usage reporting is still very poor. I have an off peak tariff for my electricity and the report does not break down my usage into peak and off peak usage. Also, I still cannot get a report of my energy usage throughout the day. Other apps allow me to do this so EON have no technical reasons for not providing this information.
