I'm suffering the same problem as all the recent posters. What is happening with your app? About 3 weeks ago it started freezing and needing to be reinstalled every few calculations! Now i have tried to reinstall multiple times and the error message, "Oh No! Something went wrong. Check your connection and try again" comes up every time :( I am paying $10 a month for an otherwise excellent product.

When it rarely functions it is a fantastic tool and the paid subscription steps are clear and accessible. The paid version of the the app barely works, which is very frustrating. It is usually frozen or gets stuck "loading" the absolute majority of times I try to use it.

Keeps crashing and refusing to do any calculations. It just keeps loading indefinitely. EDIT: I reinstalled hoping it would be fixed, but it won't even load to let me log in! I have a Samsung Galaxy s24 plus and it won't even work on this! it pisses me off because I paid for the year subscription and I can't even use it on my phone!
