With our "My LKH" app, you can conveniently and digitally handle many matters related to your private health insurance. As a fully insured or supplementary insured member of the LKH, you can benefit from various self-service options such as digitally submitting your receipts – now also with the option to submit e-prescriptions via the app – as well as other useful functions. Whether as an app or on the web: "My LKH" is also accessible as a customer portal via desktop.

How can you register?
Registration takes place directly in the app. You only need your insurance number, the policyholder's date of birth, and your email address.
If the insurance number and date of birth match, a confirmation link will be sent to the specified email address. After you confirm the link, you can get started.
How can you log in?
To use "My LKH," simply log in to the app with your customer details and email address. You will receive access data for the full version of the app by mail after you have requested activation in the app.
