I am trying to cancel my membership. I was told to download this app, and to write "Please cancel my membership" plus my signature and phone number on a piece of paper. I was told to use the app to send a photo of the piece of paper with the cancellation request, and my membership would be cancelled. Every time I press the button to take a photo, the app closes. I have also uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Very frustrating.

I've been trying to take a picture of a membership cancelation and send it...but 1st it's just a wait screen for days then it pops up and has a pic of a camera on the bottom...once I click it...the app just closes???? I've had problems with this app for the past year...please update and fix this...we need to be able to send documents that need processing etc an easier way.

Just sent an email to Support listed here. Will not be able to give more than one star, which should be no star since it doesn't work (despite their comment that it was fixed). The website is soooooo sloooowww too. I just signed up, so not able to "comfortably" try to turn others onto the product if the content doesn't work. The app icon doesn't even show up on my app list.
