The app works but is not all that user friendly. The products are good, comparable to higher-end OTC. But!! The company's sales tactics border on unethical. Returns are complicated & refunds are typically in store-credit, not currency. Automatic monthly backup orders are required (no 'opt-out' or 'skip-shipment' offered), "Free Shipping" is not free. You pay for it then get "Loyalty Dollars" (store credit) to use towards purchases IN-ADDITION to your next months required order. Be Aware!

Bad grammar, and I can't change my sign-in E-mail, which is different than my account E-mail. It's my SO's E-mail that I have to use to sign in.

Allowed me to do everything I normally do online to complete an order, including use of loyalty shopping dollars. Zero glitches, intuitive navigation, well done!!
