As far as the app goes, it has some glitches. There is a pop-up when you try to go to the cart to see what's in it and calculate your points and cost....it is in the way. It's a pop-up to tell you you have not met your 35 point comment for the month. It won't go away so you can see what's in the cart. When I did go to checkout it did not give me to option to use my credit or points. Melaleuca in general. I wish it was set up more like Thrive Market. It's not flexible enough.

The app works but is not all that user friendly. The products are good, comparable to higher-end OTC. But!! The company's sales tactics border on unethical. Returns are complicated & refunds are typically in store-credit, not currency. Automatic monthly backup orders are required (no 'opt-out' or 'skip-shipment' offered), "Free Shipping" is not free. You pay for it then get "Loyalty Dollars" (store credit) to use towards purchases IN-ADDITION to your next months required order. Be Aware!

at first I was excited that Melaleuca finally had an app. but the app has had so many issues right from the start. the warning that pops up when you go to the cart really isn't needed until you tap on checkout and is extremely annoying when you're trying to look at the things in your cart. with the most recent update, the home screen is constantly loading with nothing to show. the app has had many other issues as well. does anyone even test the app on various phones before releasing updates?
