Ratings and reviews

Got 1st Quest when it first came out. Best $$ spent. Cost >$600 headset and controllers still work better than the Q 2 or 3. Even the battery is better. I used to buy Q2s for family and friends, but now, I wouldn't. The games have gone downhill, but no good multi-player shooter games have come out in years. The store search is useless. Look for multi-player shooter and single player still pops up. Meta is the trashy Walmart of games. When my Q3 dies, I'll get the more expensive PS VR.

Not sure if it's the quest 3s, or the app, but I haven't been able to pair my headset at all. Support is horrid. The only options they give you to troubleshoot are the options I don't have. The damn headset doesn't pair. Getting this thing to connect to the support page for any kind of support is impossible. I heard the support for this product is awful. Just input a support request but haven't heard back. Not even a confirmation. It's probably broken too. I'll stick with my vive. Meta is junk.

This app has gone through 3 phases and this is by far the worst phase. I've setup my Oculus Quest 2 several times before, but this time, nothing works. I'm trying to add a replacement controller for my old one that broke, and I'm looped in giving the App Permission. Nothing happens. I'm unable to forget the device to begin setup again, and Bluetooth refuses to connect between my phone and the headset. Stay away from Meta. Their engineers are terrible. Setup is App Forced but the App rarely works
