This app gets negative 5 stars! It does NOT work! All email instructions are in Chinese! Even the instructions are incorrect and don't work even! There is no customer support hotline to get assistance or even email! It does NOT do anything it says it does! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME

This app will not open. It is useless and it socks. is wanted the appliance because it was supposed to be "smart". What I got was worthless. I will not buy any other appliance if this is the "smart" app, since it is truly dumb.

This app is supposed to go with an ice maker that I bought, which would be great if it actually worked. I can't even get the app to open it keeps crashing. Pretty much useless....
