the ads are getting more and more frequent. I used to be able to play for at least five minutes with just one ad and that used to be the baseline of mild annoyance. it's a good app and I like the daily challenges and custom difficulties but the ads have been obnoxious. the last few times I've opened the app I'm stuck with "skippable" ads between every single puzzle, even if it was only a minute to solve. makes me feel like I'm playing a bottom tier money grabber.

Disappointingly subscription needed to play ad free of nearly £10 which is ridiculous. thought £1 for online games as a kid was bad enough now Microsoft wants us to sell our souls to them. I would pay one off if I could of less that £5 but that's not an option. Nevertheless, give 10/10, makes you feel smart. Never knew there was so many variations of solitaire spider, klondike, tripeaks, Pyramid, freecell and many variations and level of difficulties within this.

It's the classic solitaire you know and love. I pay $10 a year to not have ads, which is a tad pricey for this all, but still worth it IMO. It definitely could use a refresh to bring the appearance up to 2025 standards, but the gameplay is what's most important and it's as great as it's always been.
