Ratings and reviews

Been using Oulook for ever. Clear, simple and easy to use. Can create folders and sub-folders making it easy to classify and keep important documents. Emails are well presented and easy to read. I have tried other emails but they don't measure up for me. Outlook works exactly as I want it to work. The only negative is that you cannot copy your imprtant folders for backups .

This is a great and useful tool. Reason I've given 4 and not 5 star is due to the ability to 1. Search for emails - often misses much I can find with the desktop tool. 2. The ability to find, read & respond to messages further down the test string. Particularly if a customer has sent me something & I've forwarded to my team & 2 conversations are happening from the same string. I've missed whole portions of conversations as a result. Wish I could drill into conversation like desktop version

Works great, lets me see all my accounts on one page, or individually, whichever I prefer. Only major issue I have (and it is pretty major) is that I cannot forward an email in it's current format. It will be sent as an attachment. This means it is more likely to be picked out by spam filters, and also that links within the email will no longer work. Not sure who made this design change, but it's pretty stupid.
