I still love this email application. Solid, reliable access to my Outlook and other email accounts. I give it five stars for longevity and performance. My only disappointment is the addition of ads in-line with my email list. It now sadly mirrors the web based version of Outlook email. I guess I'm not surprised, but I am disappointed. As of now, the Outlook Android app continues to be free but not ad free unless I want to pay a subscription fee. That's just the way it is.

This mobile app is great and I love it as it is, however the new Outlook for windows is a disaster. Its interface is too complicated and full of things unlike the older one. Not only the interface, but also its performance and usage experience is really bad. Many bugs occur, for instance, sometimes I click on the new mail button and it freezes with nothing happening. So, the phone app is perfect and please don't change it but please return the old outlook for windows.

Still can't access my folders in the app. What is being done. I can't look back to any email I have moved to a folder. Please fix this soon!!!! Every other update causes random errors. This time I can't access the folders in my email account. I just see the default folders. I tried emailing the link given in the app and received an "Undeliverable" message.
