It's a cool little gadget. It offers a TON of stuff, WITH a Max Subscription, without the subscription a lot of features are locked. Also I didn't turn it off last night and woke up at 4am and it was still on. Went to finish set up this morning and it died, assuming from it being on all night. Excited to see all the capabilities it has to offer. If it's a present, be sure to charge it COMPLETELY and do as much set up as kids see something so cool and want to use it immediately

I'd like to start this off by saying this is a great idea for kids. I'd say that it has its positive and negative sides. PROS. It is very fun and engaging for the kids so they don't realize they are learning. The battery seems like it lasts decently long for what it is doing too. CONS. It doesn't pick up on voice as easily, especially with younger kids not pronouncing things well, it tends to get confused easily. Also, it seems to pause a lot to register inputs before doing request. Big problem.

Requires so much personal and financial information unnecessarily, even with free trials. Requires: First name, Last name, email address, phone number, Wi-Fi password, credit card number, GPS location. Also customer service says open 24/7, but the chat responses take about 4-5 minutes for each response. Once I finally got into the app, there is very little instruction and not very helpful in operation of Miko. It's only useful to change the child's profile and cancel subscriptions.
