I need this app to track transportation services. No matter what I do, I'm unable to log in and continue to see "Bad Response." I even created a simple password (I know I shouldn't, but ...!) and that didn't help. I suppose it would be helpful to know what the password requirements are. There isn't any helpful information to resolve the problem and I find this frustrating.

Very hit or miss. Sometimes the app does not track the vehicle or inflates pickup time until driver does the proper inputs (which, in fairness, isn't within the app's control to make them push buttons properly).

Horrible, the app just keep saying "lost internet connection, please try again". Uninstalled and reinstalled app. There is not issue with my internet connection.
