Shipping takes a bit long, but I guess that's expected. I loved the clothes I received last time I ordered. Much better quality than, for instance, Temu. App easy to use. Biggest complaint is TOO MANY TEXTS!

I ordered a dress on September 5 and have NOT received it yet!! I chatted with a "bot" on 10-3 but got no where! could not find a number to call to talk to a human! will not order from this company again.

Do not waste your time...literally! I placed an order two weeks ago, and it is still processing. Customer service is not great. I requested to cancel my order and they kept asking, "are you sure," "are you sure, we can give you store credit." I told them no, and then they wanted to "credit" the money as "in store credit." What a shame. As soon as I get my refund, if I get it! I'm deleting the app.
