Like many other foreign based retailers, the merchandise is low priced but also cheaply made. I ordered just one men's item in size 2X, received 3X, and it still didn't fit properly. Because of that reason I'd have to pay to return it and it's just not worth it. The garment is fine otherwise so someone else can use it on this side of the pond. Meantime that app will be deleted from my phone. No harm, no foul.

I was really disappointed with this purchase. The items I received looked nothing like the photos or the description. The colors, pattern, texture, and overall quality were completely different from what was advertised. I specifically chose these items based on how they appeared in the pictures, but what arrived felt cheap and had a plastic-like, synthetic texture instead of the material I was expecting. Unfortunately, the products were cheap and disgustingly ugly.

long wait time. still have 1 order to receive. I hope it comes soon. I would prefer ground shipping as i can't get to post office daily. ground shipping comes to my door. no postal delivery to my home. I will continue to shop with LITB. It has only gotten better. I really love all the items I've purchased. I get compliments on my clothes, shoes and wigs and haipieces every time I wear them. I absolutely love your customer service, they are the best! App is super simple to navigate. To easy!
