absolutely horrible! I ordered a suite, paid in full... it's been taken out of my bank acct, but I cannot track my order. I did everything it told me to do...I downloaded the app...there is no option to track order there like all the emails say! Last update that was sent said it arrived at the export airport but I still can't track it! says it'll be here by the 7th well it's 9:27 pm eat. and no package. I'll never use this site again nor recommend it to anyone! I hope everyone take head to this

Recently, I shopped on the LightInTheBox app,I bought a stylish winter coat and was impressed by its quality – the material was durable, and the stitching was immaculate. The design matched the pictures perfectly, featuring a modern cut and elegant details. The fit was spot-on, and it was surprisingly warm. The shipping was quick, arriving well before the estimated delivery date.

Terrible products. Cheaply made and poorly fitting. If you need to return anything, it's a complete hassle. Never using again once I get my money back I'm deleting the app. This is beyond frustrating. I finally get to the usps store to return product that does not match the description on your site or remotely comes close to the right size to find out I have to print out a return label and come back. I do not own a printer and now have to take MORE of my time to figure out how to return
