Was great at first, but now I can't reach customer support after they let me purchase a gift card that they didn't issue a code/ gift card number for. It's been over 10 days of no communication whatsoever. I can't get any email response, and there's never anyone to talk to on the phone. There's a problem with the app and they have yet to send a notice.

I strongly advise avoiding this shopping app. It used to be great, but now customer service is asleep at the wheel- they don't answer their phone lines or return emails when there are issues. I recently lost money when the app glitched during a transaction. I will dump this app for good when the bank dispute I opened gets resolved.

They deactivated my account after I refunded a purchase that didn't go through. Lost hundreds of moocho points that I could have redeemed for $50. They deactivated my girlfriend's account too when I tried signing in on her phone. Update: They reinstated the account after weeks and several calls. Now they cut the preloading bonus in half, took away most of the deals, and now your moocho rewards points are worth less with less things you can them redeem it for. It's not worth the trouble anymore.
