Morgan Properties Resident App features:

- Submit one-time payments in three easy steps with various payment methods.
- Set up monthly automatic payments to help you avoid late fees.
- Share rent, utility, and other costs with roommates using monthly automatic payments
- Submit maintenance requests with photos and voice memos and track progress along the way.
- Sign and complete your lease renewal directly in the app.
- Interact within your community through the Bulletin Board.

The Morgan Properties Resident app has been designed for communities that use the RENTCafé platform as their Resident Portal. If you have any questions about specific features, please reach out to your local property management team.

The app appears to and has for some time to have a bug on Android, preventing Biometric Login to be enabled. Everytime I go to set it up; either from the option presented on the login screen or after manually signing in, going to settings, and enabling biometrics. It says "An error has occurred, please sign in usng username/password." Galaxy S22 Ultra Android 11 Contact me and I can provide you with more details and/or screenshots if needed.

The app logging screen and some others does not display properly. cannot access the Login link when I already have an account. it is covered up at the bottom of the screen.

losing my mind trying to log in. I've verified everything 100 times on the website, but when I sign in on the app, it says it can't find me, and then when I try to register, it says there's account data that matches my login. Argggg
