An excellent free sound file player. The adverts are not obtrusive. It allows you to group music files in to play-lists. I like that it remembers where you were, in playing a music file, when you close it down, and that it continues playing, when you put it in the back-ground. The controls are bold and easy-to-use. A highly recommended app.

Best music player on android. Up to you to organise your folders, but once you have this plays them. On top of that the equalizer and extra effects are awesome for a phone app. I love using it to drown out abhorrent jukebox music, The Dead Kennedys beat Fleetwood Mac any day. Edit: 23/07/22 - Still fabulous but over the last month brief pauses in some of my songs when using it, not present in built in media app or in vlc. Odd. Still a great app.

Just what I have been looking for. A folder based player suitable for downloaded podcasts and audio books. I would have found it quicker had you called it music and audiobook/podcast folder player. I thought it might work as the Playstore description says “Resume where you left. Stores for each folder where you left” I appreciate you can not change the name of the app, but perhaps you could take the words from you web-site “This is very useful if you listen to podcasts or audio books” and incorporate them into the Play Store description I do not listen to music but use my phone a lot to listen to podcasts, lectures etc. downloaded onto my phone via my pc. (My phone is payg.) I therefore need a player that, allows me to choose which track to play and remembers where I am when I switch the phone off. Mortplayer Audio Books worked very well in the past but I could not get it to see or open MP3 files on my new Lollipop phone. Ginkgo Audio Books is no longer available and I could not get an old apk file to work on my phone.
